Assistant Athletic Trainer for Appoquinimink & Middletown High School
Sara DeLiberty currently serves as a Licensed and Certified Athletic Trainer for Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance, working at Middletown and Appoquinimink High School. Sara is a graduate of Middletown High School where she was first introduced to sports medicine. She graduated this summer from the University of Delaware where she majored in athletic training. During her time at UD, she worked with the NCAA national championship field hockey team and had a summer internship with the Philadelphia Union.
Sara is excited to be back in her hometown with her parents and puppies. Outside of athletic training Sara likes to hike, read, and garden.
