Athletic Training Supervisor
Athletic Trainer Cape Henlopen High School
Ashley Schuster currently serves as Athletic Training Supervisor & Certified Athletic Trainer at Cape Henlopen High School. Ashley received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from Salisbury University in 2013 and obtained her Master of Science in Athletic Training in 2017 from Shenandoah University.
After graduation, Ashley worked in Fairfax County, VA at McLean High School serving as the Associate Athletic Trainer before moving to Washington State to serve as the Head Athletic Trainer at a Seattle suburb high school.
Most recently, Ashley spent the last 2 years as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Shenandoah University. She served as the primary athletic trainer for the Women's soccer, basketball and lacrosse teams as well as the Cross-Country and Track and Field Programs.
During her time at Shenandoah, she was apart of the 2022 Women's Basketball team run at an ODAC Championship and an automatic bid into the NCAA DIII Women's Basketball Tournament as well as successful post season runs during each season.
Outside of Athletic Training, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and exploring the outdoors with her deaf rescue dog, Sherman.
