Lydia Beckman LAT, ATC

Athletic Trainer Odessa High School

Lydia Beckman currently serves as a Licensed and Certified Athletic Trainer for Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance, working at Odessa High School. She recently graduated from Neumann University (2019) where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training, Cum Laude. While at Neumann, Lydia was a member of the Neumann Athletic Training Students Club, Neumann Honor's Program and the Women's Lacrosse team where she earned All AEC Academic Honors, IWLCA Zag Sports DIII Academic Honor Roll, ECAC DIII All-Stars First Team, First Team all AEC, and Defender of the Year for the inaugural season of the Atlantic East Conference during her senior year, during which she was also named a captain.

Lydia has spent many clinical rotations working with several Division III colleges in Pennsylvania as well as Westtown High School in West Chester, PA. She was a volunteer coach for the Aston AA Girl's Youth Lacrosse team this past spring and worked with top orthopedic surgeons at Premier Orthopaedics based out of Glen Mills, PA, before joining our team at Premier Physical Therapy. Outside of athletic training, Lydia enjoys playing and coaching lacrosse, lifting weights, and cheering on her younger brother during his Special Olympics sporting events.
