Staff Physical Therapist Assistant
Asaad Elmedkhar is a staff PTA at Premier Physical Therapy & Sports Performance. He attended Pennsylvania Institute of Technology, earning a spot in their Physical Therapy Assistant Program, where he acquired his Associate's degree in 2017. Asaad has been a practicing PTA since 2018, spending most of his career in the outpatient setting. He grew up in Middletown, DE. He attended Middletown High School through his junior year and then graduated from Brandywine High School in Wilmington, DE in 2009. Asaad enjoyed being a part of the men's soccer teams at Middletown High School, Brandywine High school, Delaware Technical & Community College, & West Chester University. His soccer background and also his own injury recoveries over the years is what drew interest in him pursuing a career as a PTA.
Asaad is eager to continue his career as a PTA at Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance. He is passionate towards working with athletic and orthopedic injuries. Asaad currently resides in Claymont, DE. In his spare time, he likes to play soccer with his friends, exercise, root on his Philadelphia Eagles, and spend time with family including his cat Salah.
