Mandy Minutola, LAT, ATC, ITAT

Director of Athletic Training & Director of Sales

Mandy Minutola LAT, ATC, ITAT serves as an Athletic Trainer, Director of Athletic Training, and Director of Sales for Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Marywood University in Scranton, PA in 2010. During her time at Marywood University, Mandy was a member of the Women’s Soccer team that achieved a conference championship and participated in the NCAA tournament.

In her career thus far, Mandy has served as an Athletic Trainer for youth leagues, high schools, and semi-professional sports. Prior to joining Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance, Mandy was an Outreach Athletic Trainer in Carbondale, PA. She served as the first ever Athletic Trainer for Forest City High School in Forest City, PA while also serving as the Head Athletic Trainer for the Semi-Professional Men’s Basketball League Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Steamers team from 2010-2012.

Most recently prior to arriving at Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance, Mandy was a Sports Medicine Supervisor in Northern DE/Southern PA from 2014-2016 and the Athletic Trainer for Ursuline Academy in Wilmington, DE from 2012-2016.

Mandy served as the Delaware Athletic Trainers’ Association President in 2018-2020. She is a member of the DIAA Sports Medicine Advisory Committee and the DIAA Rules & Regulations Committee.

Mandy presented at the International Conference for the Health, Safety and Welfare of Jockey’s in November 2020 in Dubai, UAE and has been published in Blood Horse magazine & the Paulick Report regarding jockey safety and concussions.

Mandy enjoys vacationing at the beach, cheering for the NY Giants Football Team and New York Red Bulls Soccer Team and spending time with family and friends. Mandy resides in Smyrna, DE with her husband, son and pitbull rescue.
