
Staff Physical Therapist
Jean is a staff physical therapist at Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance. She received her Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training from the College of Charleston and her Master of Physical Therapy degree from Shenandoah University.
A native of Virginia, Jean lived in Charlottesville prior to joining the Premier team. She has worked in a variety of healthcare settings but has concentrated in outpatient sports medicine for the past 20 years. She specializes in the treatment of the shoulders, knees, and ankles with a particular interest in ACL prevention, treatment as well as return to play. Jean is certified in dry needling, FMS, and uses a variety of treatments such as BFR (blood flow restriction training) to treat her patients.
Jean also has many years of experience treating injuries resulting from tennis, soccer, swimming, running, volleyball, pickle ball and field hockey.
Her interests include biking, paddle boarding, going to the beach and eating out.
Jean resides in Lewes with her husband, two dogs and two daughters (when they are home from college).
