Staff Physical Therapist
Alex Ramos is a staff physical therapist at Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance. She graduated in 2018 from Cabrini University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She graduated from University of Maryland Eastern Shore with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2021. She is excited to start her career with Premier Physical Therapy and pursue her passion for helping others.
A Delaware native, she graduated from Appoquinimink High School in 2014. During high school, Alex was a three-sport athlete, competing on the volleyball, basketball, and softball team. She had the opportunity to pursue her love for softball in college playing for the Cabrini Cavaliers.
Alex currently lives in Lewes and loves living close to the beaches. She has a love for living an active lifestyle and likes working out and running. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, watching the Eagles (go birds!), and going to the local coffeeshops downtown.
